Friends of Zara Support Coordination
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides funding to support people with disabilities to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
Support Coordination is a funded NDIS support that helps participants:
- Understand their plan
- Use their funding effectively
- Connect with appropriate services
- Build capacity to manage supports over time
Support Coordination can be included in your NDIS plan if it is considered reasonable and necessary based on your circumstances. If you’re unsure what your plan includes or whether Support Coordination is right for you, we’re happy to talk it through.
